ZenHill Artists On the Long List for a Grammy…..
The official list for consideration for nomination in the 54th Grammy awards has been posted and Houston has made a showing. We are proud to announce that Roky Moon and BOLT! and Sideshow Tramps have made the cut and are listed for consideration in several key categories including song of the year. Also on the list from Houston are The Tontons, The Champion Sisters and Robert Ellis.
Voting members in the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences will vote to determine who from this initial round of entries will make it to the official ballot. It will be a beautiful thing if one or all five Houston artists go to the finals. With the huge volume of entries every year it is really something to have made it this far, but let’s hope it doesn’t stop.
